Tullamore Dew is proud to introduce a bold new entry to the Single Malt category. The wonderfully complex flavour of the Tullamore Dew 10 Year Old Single Malt comes from years of maturation in Old Bourbon, Dry Oloroso Sherry, Port and Madeira casks. In fact, it is the only Irish Single Malt to be matured to perfection in four casks. Ageing in these specially selected casks enhances and intensifies the flavour of the spirit.
The result is a singularly rich and mellow expression of a legendary Irish whiskey. It is the perfect addition to the Tullamore Dew family of whiskies.
Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber gold.
Aroma
Quite an intense malty, fruity and toasted wood aroma.
Body
Intriguing floral toasted wood, and vanilla notes, with a hint of sherry Christmas cake.
Taste
Wonderfully rich, spicy and complex. Really mellow and rounded.
Finish
A smooth finish with malt and sherry notes slowly fading.
